This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become an integral member of our talented, dedicated and very busy digital marketing team.

Are you an exceptional, experienced and confident Digital Marketer who is self-starting, well organised, client focused and creative?

Would you like to work with a broad and exciting mix of International B2C (DTC) brands trading in markets including Professional Sports, Social Influencer, Health & Lifestyle and Homewares.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, and team leading the digital agency execs to drive revenue and conversion across all sites/stores we operate.

You will be developing, handling and implementing digital-centric communications strategies and campaigns, and coming up with new ways to make our client brands stand out through the delivery of a brilliant customer experience.

This opportunity will suit you if you have a good knowledge of working on campaign strategies and can think on your feet to execute them, involving the full spectrum of digital marketing disciplines, but working mainly with eCRM, CRO, Paid and Organic search and social and Digital PR.

You must be a confident communicator, have an eye for detail and solid technical, digital skills, plus you must enjoy building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across the business.

 

Key elements of this role:

• Explicit knowledge of all digital marketing channels is a must.

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of client needs to develop integrated digital marketing strategies with, and for them, directly interfacing with client teams and adding maximum value.

• Managing approved campaigns and the subsequent development of assets. You will be expected to drive creative, exciting and new ideas, working with both internal and external digital teams to implement and execute them, cross channel.

• Applying and using your knowledge and experience to create client proposals for campaigns and digital applications.

• Understanding of channel attribution and the ability to make tactical decisions in order to increase performance.

• Having a true handle and understanding of site metrics and data, monitoring KPIs and reporting, and delivering to targets and budgets.

• Developing strong client relationships and making sure we exceed their expectations.

• Handle multiple clients, with differing needs.

• Constantly updating systems and processes to stay at the cutting edge of martech.

• Have outsourced agency management experience.

 

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing position is essential

• Experience with leading and/or managing teams is required

• Experience with digital SAAS platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce etc will be required

• eCommerce and Direct To Consumer retail experience is required

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, organic and paid, integrations, best practices, and analytics

• Strong analytical ability, using both GA4 and native apps/tools

• Driven, ambitious and passionate about everything digital – Always up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in (Digital) Marketing (ideal)

• This is a UK based role and applicants will need to live in the UK to be considered

Based at Green Snow HQ, Ower

Our Warehouse Operatives (WO) are essential to the company’s day to day running, evolution and growth. It is a key role where you must have ingenuity, organisation, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with a Warehouse Management System and be happy to challenge the norm and drive change

Key Tasks

Picking orders using a hand-held scanner

Packing orders at a packing station, putting products into bags and boxes using the correct safety packaging if required, and then seal the containers ready for despatch

Ensure orders are packaged and labelled with accuracy

Despatching VIP orders created by clients, processing them with extreme care.

Manually booking appropriate courier solution for some orders.

Arranging packing and distribution of our monthly subscription clubs.

Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse and all packing stations as part of a daily routine.

Supporting rolling stock taking

being aware of Health and Safety warehouse compliance

Full Time, 40hrs per week – Based at Green Snow HQ, Ower

This is a key role within a dedicated and very busy team. Sewing and curtain making experience is preferred but training can be given.

Key Tasks

Processing and cutting customer orders from order sheets. Preparing and packing the orders ready for dispatch.

Preparing and sewing Made to Measure sheer curtains (once fully trained).

Allocating orders to relevant sections for booking in and dispatch

Provide support to the order department and customer services department on any customer order queries.

Maintain a high level of housekeeping by ensuring all floor areas are swept, clean and free of clutter and no exits are blocked.

To participate in stock takes when scheduled.

Complete other ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by your supervisor to support the business.

Skills and Attributes

The ability to manage time and workload independently

The ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Natural attention to detail and confidence in cutting fabric accurately

Knowledge of sewing machines and curtain making

Basic computer knowledge

Have a good awareness of health and safety policies and practise within the role.
